Two firsts for me:

- it finally rained heavily on a run of mine! So I can now also say: brill! Fun rain runs!

- my 5k run was the second this week, so this is the first time for me running two 5k runs in one week!

Iโ€™m getting there!

Well done - it's addicitive! I'm still not running again but I am managing a couple of 7-8k walks each week so it's something.

Yes. And this morning (when it didnโ€™t rain) I was even thinking of replacing a run with a workout. But during lunchtime the sky finally clouded over (๐Ÿคฃ) and I just thought, everyone else on HU has such fun in the rain, so I should try this out!

Sorry that you still have to be patient about running, but wow! 7-8k walks is amazing!! ๐Ÿคฉ

Yeah! I think my next phase will be about slowly (very slowly) extending lengths towards 10k. It just feels now as if this is feasible!

Brilliant, well done! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ it's amazing, isn't it, just a few weeks back you probably would've laughed if someone said you'd be doing two 5k's in one week! Long may it continue ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿƒโ€โ™€๏ธ I'm having to take some time off because of my foot ๐Ÿ‘ฃ๐Ÿ˜ญ hoping to be back out there next week ๐Ÿคž

Absolutely! So true! I know that last time Juju started a running group with the magic plan (ca 8-9 weeks ago?) I decided to continue consolidating, but if a new magic plan group would be started tomorrow, Iโ€™d be the first to sign up as it suddenly feels doable! And just that feels great!

Given what you've achieved already, you'll have no problem with the magic plan if you decided to go down that route. I completed it on my own and I thoroughly recommend it! ๐Ÿ˜ƒ

Took your advice, added my passion for planning and spent an evening collating a plan combining JuJuโ€™s Magic plan with my workout plan. I finish with my current plan tomorrow so onwards to the new plan! (Iโ€™ll post it once I start) So thank you for the nudge! ๐Ÿ™

Foot - in my internet and forum trawling Iโ€™ve come across quite a few sitting workout plans or workouts whilst on the injury couch. You probably have seen them, but if not and if youโ€™re interested, let me know. ๐Ÿค•๐Ÿค’
