I smashed the gremlins before I set off this morning and didn’t hear from them at all through the run. I almost didn’t go cos of the weather but during my second coffee I read it is 76 anniversary of D Day today and I thought “ you total melt, it’s wind and rain, not bombs and guns” and off I went 😂 for the first time I really enjoyed the whole run. Every. Single. Step. 😍
