I have now got a couple of 5ks under my belt. The mental struggle is quite something in the first ten minutes. Once I am in the rhythm, I feel like I have more in the tank left.
But a few hours later... major need for nap!
The yoga on days off feels so important to do. My hips thank me every time.

Keep doing what you are doing and you'll get to where you'd like to go. Increase steadily and you'll surprise yourself what you can do.
I feel you! The first 10 I could do without. I feel so demotivated. But after that I realise why I'm out there. Managed 5.28 k this morning. Putting my faith in the magic plan and promising I'll do yoga but not consistent yet! Keep it going you'll get there! 👋👋
