Weathers turned - Went on Treadmill instead

After doing the majority of C25K on the treadmill I am now a converted outdoor runner but as the weather was rainy today and nothing to do with my son running 5k on the treadmill in 20 mins😥😁 i thought i would try and see if it is quicker than road running. So including a 4 min warm up walk I did 5k in 29.43 usually 33/34 outside. So i didn't come anywhere near my son who is over half my age younger but it is quicker! Am i converted back to the treadmill ? No not really i found it boring !.

Great run on the treadmill- now you know your body is capable of sub 30min 5k you'll soon get there outside too. Happy running 🤗

thanks i did think it might be a good way to increase my speed a bit.
