Now that is fast, well done on your Global run today, excellent time, that's sub 25 minute 5K, 4.31km pace is very fast, congratulations.

If that had been a parkrun your age grading would be about 76%.

Hi, I'm not sure what sub 25 or 76% means...lol...I'm new to the running stat world. I'm just focusing on consolidating right now.

You are running very fast Love2run1969, I assume that you have not ran at a parkrun, sub 25 minutes means that if you had ran that time at a parkrun which are 5K 's you would have ran it in around 23 minutes which is sub 25 minutes, many runners who have ran a 100 or more 5Ks at parkruns have never run less than 25 minutes.

Age grading is based on the average time that a runner can run a 5K at a parkrun based on his/her time compared to the fastest time of their age group, if 50% that is the average time of their age, if a 100% which very few achieve that is double the time of the average time of that runner, if 30%, that is well below the average time of a runners age grading/group, so at 76% you can now understand how fast you could run if it was a parkrun.

Depending what country you are in, I don't know when they will return in the UK, I heard from Oldfloss that it could be June 2021, I am not sure where she got that information from but if it is June next year that will be 15 months with no parkruns.
