Set out for my long run today. Did a 1.5km loop and had to stop for a loo break. Well Strava ended my run, at least I’m blaming Strava not user error😁. So I set off again thinking ok I only have to do 8.5km, but of course I couldn’t bring myself to stop before my friendly prompter says 10k, after all I signed up for the June 10k challenge and today was the first of June. At least one of my other runs can now be shorter.

Good on you for running your 10k on top of what you'd already ran and you're right that's your 10k June challenge completed. Well done you 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Thanks and I’m still able to walk around, win, win. We’ll see how tomorrow is before I celebrate too much. Short walk day tomorrow so hopefully that’ll iron out and problems.
