I’m well aware that there’ll be a time when I plateau, but in the meantime I’ll bank them. I feel happy to take on 10km events when they start up again, as well as the Bodmin parkrun which is a real toughie.

Congratulations on all those PB's HF, you are really doing amazing, give yourself a short break from running this week and next week those 4 runs I guarantee will be beaten once again with new PB's 😊 🏃🏾
I had a 10 day stretch like that at the end of April/beginning of May where it seemed that every time I laced up my shoes, another PB would fall. It's a great feeling when everything just aligns. Well done on hitting those marks.
