Thank god its cooler!!!!

Last week was a nightmare...we had the whole week at over 40c..and at night it was still 30 plus.....so i didnt run at all...then yesterday it peed it down and now we are back to 25...so out i went in the fields with a cool breeze in my face ...it was the perfect day for a run....maybe the week off did me good?
