Hi everyone! My first post on here and my first run since completing c25k on Thursday. I was determined to do 5k and managed it tonight in 36mins. I did struggle running against the wind by the sea and felt like giving up on 4.5k but needed to get my 5k Sunday badge on the Nike running app 😂
Think I need to build my confidence up as still don’t feel like a ‘runner’ and whilst I’m blasting tunes in my ears I’m certain everyone can hear me panting 🤣 Happy I made this milestone though 😌

Congratulations on completing your first 5k, your time was OK, sub 40 minutes is nice, most people who run their first 5k run it in around 33/43 minutes.
Well done on graduating and life beyond. I know what you mean re the Nike App!
