MY CHECK IT AND SEE......

I decided this morning to run then changed my mind then changed it back! Had a cup of tea and a banana in bed. Hubby said it was raining but I decided I'd still get out there - it wasn't heavy. Had my route in my head and just went for it. No timer, just Strava. This is going to be my 'circuit ' my go to route to check my improvement - if there is any 🤭 Breathing was ok, felt I was able to pick my feet up a bit more but running into the wind on the way back left me feeling tired. Cows in the field so I had to run in the neighbouring field where there was no track which was quiet tiring. Just 4k but 4k is 4k 🥴 Even so I'm looking forward to doing this again next week - hopefully in better weather conditions to see how I'm doing.

Have a good weekend everyone!

Any run is a good run 59er and running against the wind I think feels like resistance training. 😊😊

Congratulations for persuading yourself to get out there for a great run against the wind. Every run is a winner. Happy running 🤗
