I’m starting the ju ju 10k plan. Other than constantly have to look at my watch I wondered if there’s any kind of app I can use to set my 5 mins warm up walk and to let me know when to start and finish my run. I’ve become used to Michael Johnson letting me know. Many thanks.

Hello Damo61

You could still have Michael Jordon running or I use Nike Running Club app (NRC) which is free. There are lots of guided runs or you can set your own distance and the app tells you each k etc. It gives you run stats and lots more. Coach Bennet is inspirational and he got me to 10K after couch25k
