One of those runs when it all went right and. . . best 5k time!

What beautiful weather it is this morning, I think it was about 7 degrees when I set off this morning at about 6.30. It is just perfect running weather, fresh but not too cold and sunny. It would have been nice to have had a long run today but I had to be back home for 8.30 so I decided on a 5k. My route is what used to be a railway line so that means going up and turning round and coming back again, I got to about 3k on the way back and decided to crank it up a bit. Low and behold I managed to shave about a minute off my best 5k time, a good start to the day and a very happy bunny 😁 . . . Happy Friday running everybody 👍😃
