No, not 10k yet, though I did manage 9k last Saturday in 59:46 minutes which was for me equally amazing. Currently on week 7 of Ju Ju’s wonderful plan, and I decided to push myself today and try and achieve that ever so elusive sub 30 minute 5k. Oh it nearly killed me... πŸ˜‚ I felt dizzy when I stopped, and as for my calves seizing up like rocks on the walk back home... But I finally managed it!! πŸ˜† More stretches than normal when i got home, a lovely relaxing bath and now i feel good. Next run 9k, but first that well needed 2 days rest!! πŸ˜‚πŸ˜

Fantastic effort, hope the bath and stretching eases off your calf. Sometimes you just need to push that little bit and πŸŽ‰ target achieved. Happy running πŸ€—
