9k done and thanks to Nike Running club app got loads of awards!!! 😁😁

On the whole a great run tonight, struggled around the 2 to 3k mark for some reason, but the rest was fab, even running up hills!

I got home and did 2 laps of the garden to make sure I got up to 9k, as the run was just short. Next week that 10k is mine!

Nike Running club awarded me with longest run, furthest run and special ghost runner for Halloween!

Thanks Antonioa, that 10k is mine - next week. I can't believe how easily the distance has built up since we graduated.

I'm still getting out there three times per week. Doing mainly 30mins with the occasional 5k. The 5ks are getting faster! I'll build up distance in due course, but no rush. I've planned a 7k run which I'll undertake, probably soon. Take care x
