Having had a slightly niggly knee after run on Wednesday I left an extra rest day and a gentle 3.5k this afternoon, although not gentle from the wind's point of view!! No niggles 👍🏃‍♀️

Brilliant to have no niggles. A great little testing run for your knee. That’s some wind today, we’ve had snow blowing through all day. Happy running 🤗

Good that you left extra time to rest between runs, and no knee niggles after.

Sounds like you’re doing all the right things to get back, we’ll done.

That wind was so fierce! Well done though for going out and running.
