It has struck me, after just doing a 5 k in a longer time than of late, that running is teaching me so much. To be patient. To be kind on my body. To admire each run. To allow for my human ness. To allow for the unknown. To love and love life and love me, and of course my music 🎧 🤩👍🏻🧡
