Struggled on 40 mins but got stronger and could have done more. Sticking to the plan. I'm being sensible.😜.

Did a nice easy pace. Under 7 mins per km first half dropped to over 7 mins second half.

I’m on week 5 too. Done a 5k yesterday. It was so hot, hoping it’ll be cooler for the 8k. Good luck with your runs

I'm mainly doing the time and not the distance. Although did 7.37km in 50 mins yesterday (Fri): earlyish before it got too hot.
