After a really nasty chest infection before Christmas I'm finally breaking the 10k barrier again, albeit only once or twice a week. Up till about March I was struggling with 5k and all the winter rain didn't help much either. I think using the exercise bike for its intended purpose instead of a clothes horse has helped too.
