I've decided to be pro-active about my recent lack of motivation. After letting things slip since the end of March, I am doing the Bridge to 10k over again. I'm not in a hurry and might do it in slower increments than the 8 weeks. Instead of the timed version, this time I am doing the distance version instead. This might be better, because it will be easier to judge - distance stays the same, no matter how fast or slow you are! I think I work better with a goal and a schedule. Run 1 was great, mainly because it was my first run in over a week. I did enjoy being out in the sun.
