So today was going to be a few firsts for me, first time running in shorts. Now I know that might not be a big deal but for me it was as just didn't have the confidence before .

Also today I ran my longest run ever, just over 16k. It was hard it was hilly in parts but it was beautiful and so rewarding.

Now I know I've said it lots of times but all you people on here have totally helped get me there with all your own running posts . So thank you πŸŒžπŸŒžπŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
