Another 9km

Dexy5 told me not to forget so here I am for a short and sweet post! My second 9km run today, actually it was a naughty 9.5. I’ll be doing a non-Parkrun 5k on Saturday to complete week 7 on the Magic Plan and then next week it’s the Big One!! Eeek! Happy running folks!

Fantastic effort, so so close to that 10k, I’m impressed you actually stopped at the 9.5, when I did that run I just kept going to the 10🤣🤣 completing your 10 next week will be so fantastic. Happy running 🤗

Thanks Grannyhugs! Head said let’s go for 10; legs reminded me that I’d said we were sticking to the plan today and 9k was the plan - and threatened strike action when I do go for the 10 if I didn’t stop!

Didn’t she do well? I think Oldgirlruns only held back because she told me the night before that she would only do 9. She knows I want to be there for 10. I will shake my pom-poms next week for sure.
