Thigh strain

So disappointed, I seem to have pulled my thigh muscle a few days ago. Been resting, cool gelling, and taking Ibuprofen, tried a slow short run today but only managed 3k with some discomfort. Hoping it isn’t anything worse!

That resting is the best thing WG see if it eases🤞

Take it easy and don't push too far too fast, and listen to you - only managed 3k 🤣 that's a great distance with an injury. Take care 🤗

Going to force myself to take time off, who would have thought I’d miss running!! Stay safe

Hope it feels more comfortable soon. Take care because once you are back you can stay running.

Rest up. We’ve all spent time on the injury couch. I tried learning the cello when I couldn’t run. I can recommend it as a fun thing to do, but I’m better at the running 😁

What a shame. Best to be a bit cautious to avoid further injury. Hope you soon feel better 😊

Defo rest up IMO. Really tough I know, but worth it.

I've just had what felt like a milder recurrence of an injury I had last November, and it spooked me so much I took a week off just be sure. Back running now - hope you are too, very soon - but after a good rest.

That’s the plan. Not sure if the ache is caused by an old knee injury but resting still the plan. Did do a bit of gardening this morning, cannot do nothing when the sun is shining and it’s a beautiful day!
