Avoiding the bitterly cold East Coast Wind I took a run through suburbia & discovered a canal path & then joy of joys, a delightful pond teeming with wild life. A proud new Mum with her adorable family caused me to pause & take in the beauty around me before heading home again.

Try a new route...you never know what surprises are in store!

I’m using my daily exercise to go walking with my

Husband. There are lots of new born lambs on our route & a field of sheep yet to deliver. I always look forward to lambing time, though obviously this year is slightly different 🐑🦆😊

Yes, it’s a chilly one today isn’t it Annieapple! I went out and did my first ever 9km this morning and was glad of the extra layer - but was glad to peel it off at the end when I was considerably warmer! Love the picture - ducklings are just so adorable! Happy running!
