Had a lie in this morning so went put later than normal for my run. They reckon it was 17C but felt like 30C 🥵 Managed 28 mins before I had to finish walking. Still a good session 🏃♂️

Went out later, hot hot 🥵

It is hot atm so well done to you! My face is always crimson when I get back from a run nowadays 🥵
Think I will have to drag myself out earlier if it gets any warmer. Problem is I like a brekky then let it settle beforehand. Tried running early on an empty stomach and felt worse.
I always look like an aubergine at the best of times when I’ve finished running but especially the last few days 🥵🥵🥵 I think it’s supposed to cool down a bit from tomorrow 😎

We started in April last year so got used to the hot hot feeling of running, found the winter hard lay ins are so good, and you got out after so win win
One of running tips I read early on, from a blog or a magazine is that whatever the air temperature is for your run, you dress for it being 15°C warmer, so your estimation is about right, Astra5.
