Ju Ju has given you the link to follow. Consolidation runs 3x week for a little while are great fun. The pressure is off & you just run for 30 mins or so for the sheer enjoyment of it! This is when you will really start to realise what a gift it is to put on those trainers and just run.

I'd look at Bridge to 10k and have a short fast run, medium interval type run and longer slower run. You'll be ready for it.

Well done completing the programme. I'm doing consolidation runs throughout April because I'm concerned about overdoing things and getting injuries. Then I plan to see if I can run further and faster, with a Park Run as my eventual goal (when they restart). On most non running days I walk.
