I couldn't post last night, far too angry with myself 🤬🤬🤬 stupid turn of the ankle and I was cursing. Anyway, lots of icing last night and thankfully this morning I can manage some weight bearing so see how things are in a few days....

Arrgghh! How annoying! Keep up the icing, resting and elevating as much as you can until the swelling is down. Hopefully there's only minor damage that will heal quickly. Don't be tempted to rush back though - however frustrating it feels, it really is just a small blip in a long journey. The runs are all there waiting for you. Take care. Speedy healing.

You need to workout that anger 😂Take a look at Caroline Jordan hurt foot videos on you tube. She has several Chair cardio routines or mat based strength routines that are totally non-weight bearing. Having spent four and a half months with a foot stress fracture, I did lots of her videos and they were really helpful. There are others, but these genuinely are suitable for a bad foot/ankle. She had her own foot injury and is therefore full of empathy. Do look her up. I did post some links on the S&F forum last year.
Ouch. Very frustrating and painful but take the advice of rest, don’t push it too soon. Take care and hope you recover swiftly xxx
