Second 10k

Well it was freezing when I went out but I soon warmed up. Sun even came out to say hello 🌞. Left hip a bit achy but managed to knock 2 minutes off previous time although it was a different route.😇🥳

Excellent running! 👍It is lovely out there at the moment, we've left the grey dark of winter behind, and the cold is perfect for runners who warm up after a few minutes.

Snow showers are perhaps overdoing the "pleasantly cold" idea a little! ❄️ I don't know if I'll get the chance, but I think I might enjoy the novelty of running through a snow shower! 🤣

A bit chilly where I am in Scotland today also but the sun is out and as you say we are not long in warming up.

Well done womangolfer! Amazing. I can’t even imagine running 10k at the moment. When I get to 5k I certainly don’t feel I could run it all over again 😱
