Say What You See!

Completed my first half marathon distance yesterday evening and it was so windy and cold. The wind was so fierce it blew me backwards and sideways but I persevered and ebbed forward. I am lucky to live so close to the Humber and run in solitude wherever I go. I do believe with running that a lot of times if you say to yourself you're going to do it and visualise it, then you can. Keep going everyone. We're all in it together.

That will be my maximum now mate. I'll only do it a few more times and every now and then. I'll keep ticking over with shorter runs. Hope you are well buddy.

All good here The whole country is in lockdown and nobody is complaining. I’m working from home and getting some exercise, could be a lot worse!
