I took the hint when the bikes were unlocked and removed from the shed, the youngest daughter wanted some out of the house time.
I've always liked bike ride, so hey drink bottle filled off we went. Dry towpaths and bright sunshine, all the way to horseshoe falls ( this is where the Llangollen canal starts and gets its water source off the river Dee..... Random fact π even though chilly it was lovely to get out..... Took my mind off the fact Mrs Wife had popped to work π¬ to have her virus face mask fitted ( apparently they're moulded to each individual) .
Must remember cycling is chilly when that sun disappears π₯Ά time for a defrosting shower π
Keep healthy and fit everyone please and be sensible...... π

What a lovely way to spend time out of doors with your daughter. I started to teach my daughter yoga today.

Now thatβs a bike ride! When I got back from my run today my son and hubby had their bikes out, tires pumped up, kiddos seat raised and were heading out for a bike ride. Theirs was much shorter than yours but it got kiddo off the couch and video games so mission accomplished. Iβm looking forward to heading out with them tomorrow.
