Ooh I had achy bits after my first run in months. I stretched a bit while listening to Corona Virus news. Then yesterday I did another 5km. I could feel those aches every (slow) step of the way. Having said that, I knocked 4 mins 7 seconds off my ‘come back’ run. The 2nd route was easier, but it’s good to be heading in the right direction. I’m doing The Plankety Plankethon and am hoping for a new PB once my legs are back up to speed.
Happy sunny running everyone.

I’m achy today - My son (11) is off school we’ve been doing PE with Joe Wick in the mornings- If I keep it up all be fit when life is back to normal- congrats on your runs - gorgeous weather for it
That is really good going Baddie, 4mins off only your second run in months. I read over here today that tending your allotment is counted as exercise and combined with ju-ju’s plankathon including the new up/down planks 😳 that PB won’t be too far away. 💪🏻Xx
Excellent PB for you BTP, you would expect a few aches to happen after a month off running, 4 minutes 7 seconds, nice, like you I am doing the Plankety Plankethon, this morning before breakfast I did that, then breakfast, watched the coronavirus news on BBC Breakfast News, they say you can go for a run, so about 1 hour and a half after breakfast I ran a 5K as part of the Vitality Running World Cup Healthunlocked team, I notice looking at the latest list with that run counted I am at No. 73 on the list with just over 40Km ran, I have had no problems with the distance or Km ran like some with double distance running, so that 40K is correct.
You must be delighted - 4mins and 7secs faster and with aches and pains for an extra challenge! Well done. You said you'd be back in spring - what a comeback! 🌟🏃♀️👏
