Delighted to be back on track and running 5K again. Will soon be ready to move into Juju’s magic plan. In these unprecedented times never has running been a more important gift. To get up early before the world wakes up & breathe in that fresh air coming off the sea in the Easterly breeze is glorious. The only downside with isolating is that I have all the time in the world to do planking! No excuses any more!!

Oh what a brilliant picture! I laughed out loud, and it will stay with me all day (at least.) Dark horizons, indeed, but for now we need to remember what’s good - celebrate current health, even while we take precautions for the future. I am studying to love squats. Maybe I will even learn to appreciate planks. 🤔Maybe.... 😳, ... maybe ....

Lovely post Annie and funny picture. I’m with you on the planking 😂 but after finishing my sets its very satisfying and I swear the side plank wobbles aren’t as wobbly any more! 💪🏻

Annie, I keep waiting to see your post about planking! I’m now managing a shaky 30 secs. Juju’s 8 week plan is more like 24 weeks for me!!
I have ordered a mat online ✅ I have thought much about it ✅ I haven’t done any yet🙈 I have enlisted my husbands help & will start tomorrow ....maybe! 🤣
