🤣🤣 brilliant that really made me smile. We had loads of video chats with oldies this morning, hopefully daughter later today. Certainly a different way to celebrate mothers day but perfectly acceptable. Happy running 🤗

I smiled when my vo2max went up another point after my morning run and saw I’ve run a total 93km in March following on from 100km in February. I knew signing up for Vitality would get my competitive side going. You are way up the board of runners, I hope that makes you smile too, and your lovely 🌹🤗

That’s lovely Buddy, i went to a quiet park with daughter dog and grandson who is 15 today and because of c25k ran around loads it was quiet and we got some good fresh air
