Solo running again. 8.5 miles of drizzle and mud. Actually, now I've got the shoes for it I can't return home with them clean.
Worryingly I've now started talking to the ponies. How many times must they have heard "Hey, why the long face?" I said it anyway.
I don't talk to the cows. That would just be daft.

The cows would probably say ' hello keep mooooving' 🤣🙄
Poor cows, what have they done to upset you? Sheep? Ducks? If you talked to all the wildlife as you passed it you wouldn't notice the drizzle and mud 🤣😉 happy running 🤗

Why the long face makes me laugh every time, it never gets old! I used to keep horses myself, so I’d say it most days! 😅😅
