SMASHED IT! NEVER UNDER ESTIMATE ....

So, after my post this morning I got my gear on and went out. Just going through the process made me feel better. I decided to run somewhere new (as pictured) which wasn't pretty. As I was getting ready the rain came on so as I ran lots of lorries sprayed me as they went past but I listened to Table Manners and ran pretty steadily for 30 minutes. I managed 4.9k (why didn't I just carry on and do the extra 0.1 🤦‍♀️) Even though this wasn't the prettiest setting I felt soooooo good afterwards. I'm back on the Magic 10 - first run of week 5 ✅ Thanks to those who encouraged me to get out there - you know who you are 😉

Never under estimate the power of running.

Never under estimate yourself.

Never under estimate this community.

It's all good! 😀🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

That’s so good to hear, doesn’t matter where we run as long as we run

That's more like it, only takes one decent run to get back to where you need to be :-)
