Running to help with stress and anxiety

Going through a difficult time with elderly parents & finding it hard to get out for a run to keep me sane. When I have time it's either pouring with ran or I'm exhausted or feeling down.

Really need to get my mojo back! Got out for a 15 min this morning and found is hard to get into rhythm to run. Feeling annoyed, tired and everything else in between 😔

Sorry you're having a hard time! It could be that you are finding it hard to get into a rhythm because the run is short? Perhaps a more vigorous warm up would help - some yoga perhaps?

Keep knees soft (bent) in forward bends and downward dog to avoid too much strain on your hamstrings.

It can be hard to fit runs in when you've got a lot going on. As long as you get out when you can it's better than no running at all. 😊😊
