VRWC - team results

I've read a couple of comments on here about runs this weekend that have been uploaded, are showing on our personal goals in my runs, but not onto the hu team. As my run today isn't showing I decided to email them. I have attached their reply. 🤞

I'm not sure which runs count and which don't, my 1st 5K didn't show up but I ran it, then joined when I got home...had been told others showed up when done in that order but mine didn't.

And a 5K from in the week didn't show up either.

Never mind, two of my runs are showing against my name, and so far just our 10K against the team! At least it's something, lol!

I think your first run won't count if you uploaded it through Garmin after you signed up. Your other runs should count though. Are they showing on "my runs"? If not, there is a form for manually uploading a run or you could email them. I hope you get them added in 🤞 x

I can imagine the whole thing being postponed because so many countries are in lockdown.

My parkrun from yesterday isn't showing at all.

You may well be right. I'm getting my runs in while I still can. I only saw 1 person when I was out today!

Although the VRWC is virtual, most people are just running alone, but there may be some countries who have teams of runners running together, it is possible that the whole program will be postponed like I am sure parkruns will also be cancelled.

Anyone who has Sky Sports should cancel their subscription and subscribe to Sky Cinema. 😊

Most libraries use Borrowbox so you can download ebooks free of charge.

Also RB Digital, you can download a wide range of magazines (including Runners world) free of charge.

If you are not already a member of the library, get out to register while you still can!

Pin/Password, then read a E book.

I got an email on 10th March titled "your goody bag is here". To be honest I've not read it thoroughly, but it seems yo be discount coupons for things I don't really want. 🙈
