You'll get an email from them when you have done your qualifying run.

Is the qualifying run 3k or your goal time, 5k?

You just have to complete 3km within the 30 minutes to qualify. You can keep on running for longer if you want to and the extra distance will count towards your goal and your team's total distance. The goal distance is optional so don't feel obliged to run the 5k if you don't want to!

I probably will, but I’ve already done 4K but haven’t got an email yet that the qualifying run is complete! So I was wondering if I had to do the 5k...

Yes!!! I ordered one of the vests! Can’t wait for it to arrive - will be my first official running top! 😆
