12k thanks to the plan.

I felt really grateful this evening. A new route took me through tracks and farmland and a trail from Barton to South Ferriby. As I ran I thought of how, 4 months ago, this would have been unthinkable. The plan has given me a sense of freedom and wonder at what you can do by keeping going and going out; whatever the weather and really however I felt. I loved this one. Not too fast but comfortable at my pace. I'm grateful for so many things and wanted to share this with the supportive people on here. Hope your next run brings you a sense of gratitude and wonder too. Best Wishes all.

That’s pretty incredible progress, you have a natural ability I think because it seems to come easier to you than the rest of us! Great place to run as well must be some spectacular views from there. 👍👍👍👍

Great run, amazing distance and I’d say a fast pace, especially as you’re still new to running. You deserve to feel fantastic. Happy running 🤗
