When you do a route that you’ve deliberately avoided....😊😊

So, I usually run around the local town as it’s flat-ish. There’s a route around our house, quite hilly and although I’ve done a few partial runs of it, never thought I’d be able to do the complete loop.... Last night however, 💥💥💥💥 boom! I did it! 3.96 miles (curse that little 0.04 mile...)!!! So chuffed with myself, have been delighted since. Unsurprisingly, highest elevation run as per runmaster!

Great running Leosmit. It's so great when you finally run somewhere that really feels like an accomplishment and you did just that 😊😊

😆. Well, maybe this week. I don’t find it easy, did one week at 10 secs, three weeks at 20 secs! Last night, however, a wobbly 30 seconds!!!

Fantastic effort, hills give you such a hit when you conquer them. Happy running 🤗

Well done Leosmit! Keep going and you’ll shave that 0.04 and eventually that route will start to feel too easy 🙂

Love the thought of going out the door, run and back. Imagine me not having to drive for my run! Ps. - glad to see you’re still posting!

When I started c25k I was totally determined to avoid hills, in fact I used to run backwards and forwards on a flat bit of track while my husband disappeared up a slight incline. I am getting very very slightly better at them, but not much!
