Hello, I graduated from c25k on the 15th of February. The way c25k had a structured plan I liked is there a plan that would get me from 5k to 10k 😊

Congratulations on graduating C25K, I don't see the badge/word GRADUATE next to your username. There are several podcasts regarding 10K.

My graduate badge is on c25k but for some reason it doesn't seem to carry over to here don't know 😊

That's the main thing, graduate appears on that sit because you graduated running for 30 minutes from C25K. Not until you complete the Bridge to 10K program and run a 10K the word GRADUATE10 won't appear.

I am waiting for JuJu's magic plan to 10K to start again. You can search it on here and do at any time but I'm thinking it will be nice to do it in a group. Hopefully there will be one starting again sometime soon..

I like Active’s 5k to 10k app. Really love Sergeant Block, he was just what I needed when I first moved up to working toward 10k. active.com/mobile/5k-to-10k...

If you use a tracking app on your phone, some of those have a training plan option. They’re pretty simple to use.

Ju-Ju’s Bridge to 10km. It works the same way as C25k, and worked for me. There isn’t an app, but you can download Runkeeper or Strava so you can tell how far you’re run. Good luck!
