Back on with the gloves

Working nights and running 🥴 the things us humans do....

I melted into the matress at just gone 4am and my mind was already in running mode having foregone Mondays planned run grrrr.

I had to wrench myself from the sleep demons pulling me into the duvet at 9.30 knowing I was on limited time Tuesday morning. Not enough time for an hour's run, plan B let's go with 5 ☑️.

It looked chilly it was chilly but most strangely I actually got the layers right a rarity 🤫.

It was so bright with blue skies, then a little cloudburst but not torrential.

Soooo glad I didn't sleep in that run was far better than a lie-in....

Let's see what the weather brings for Thursday's run as winter is said to arrive in Wales with snow predicted ,⛄❄️

Sounds like a perfect run for you after night working. Definitely chilly out this morning- roads and pavements very slippery in places. Luckily no snow at my current location. Happy running

Hiya G2B it was one of those nice runs ok not the intended 10k but hey it's about keeping the legs spinning, Wales although chilly is frost free. Well for the moment anyway 🤞 has baby2B decided to arrive yet?

Today is officially 1 week late, heading in for baby massage later to see if we can get things moving. Coffee and cake although delicious didn't have any effect 🤣🤣

Great run, isn't it nice to see some blue skies and brightness for a change?! Feels like we've had a month of storms, time for the sun to shine. ☺

sounds wonderful, well done... and running in snow is fun, but its not necessarily welcome as it causes disruption etc....
