Today was my last run in Florida for this year. I have struggled with the heat but today I managed 6k. Hoping once I get home the weather will allow me to build my distance back up, I was on 8k before my holidays. I will miss the sun though.

Hope so. I was reading that your time in the heat is slower so hope that will improve too. The weather has been great , golf great and I am sure I will have put weight on with all the food!
