Tuesday Morning is my benchmark run where I run a set route in 30 minutes to see if Iβm improving in pace and distance, this morning I missed my turning and before I knew it I was running and trying to see where I was on google maps so that I could get back on track. Anyway I managed to do so but not before I had navigated 2 hills that I didnβt know existed, which I managed to do with a bit of extra effort and ended up back where I was supposed to be. I finished in my usual place and had covered slightly more distance and knocked a fraction off my pace but with the addition of 2 hills Iβll take that as a win π
Oh, and Iβm down another pound this week, rapidly approaching a full stone now πππ
