It’s all in the detail! Second time this has happened: despite being tied in a double bow, one lace works its way undone & then the other. Managed 29 mins’ worth but really frustrating!
So just for info, I’d avoid the shiny or smooth shoelaces & get something with some grip!
So irritating, I've been running in same shoes since August and places started undoing on 3 runs earlier this month grrr maybe they just dont like the cold and wet
How annoying - I have the same problem with walking boots even though I always double bow. Grr!
That's so annoying. Always used to happen to me when I was hiking. Then I realised I was not leaving enough gap between the knot and the top of the shoe, so the motion of the shoe was gradually pulling the knot undone. So, I learned to leave a little gap and my laces stopped coming undone!
Blimey! Of course, how clever! I’ll give that a try on Friday (& still buy some non-smooth ones).
