Hi my name is caroline and I graduated a week ago. Currently running 7.59km hoping to up that when I get a bit more time. Concentrating on endurance and running a whole route rather then speed right now so if anyone sees me out and about where I live.....sorry 🤪

Hi and welcome. Never be sorry for being out and about. I love my new found pastime and live just choosing a route and running it. Yes I look at the time/distance/speed when I get home but the least important of these for me is the speed. Happy running

Hi Caroline! It’s just great to be out, whatever sort of run 😊 I’m with Buddy34, you might be inspiring others where you live. For years I saw people running locally, some really struggling but persisting, some speeding along - they all jointly inspired me to finally have a go - and now I love it!

Exactly! I am happy plodding along. I get stronger after each run. It's only been nearly 3 months since I started out. So I'm paitent 😁

😂Love that apology😂 Well done on running that distance so early that’s amazing.

I graduated a year ago but I’m struggling to get over 5K but I’m happy enough to do that 3X a week.

Got to do what comes naturally. I listen to my body and what it tells me. I dont push myself as I dont want an injury. This is what my body wants it also helps with my depression. 😁
