Week 3 of the magic plan

So this week I did my first 7k- sort of. I found it tough, got a stitch after 2k which surprised me as I’ve managed to escape this so far since starting C25K back in August. I kept going, there was about a 20 second walk break where the group I was running with debated which way we should go to make the route 7k 🤦🏻‍♀️ I know it probably made no difference but that still feels like cheating! My next run will be the weekend, my plan is to aim for another 7k but if I feel good I’ll keep going to 8k!

Great effort, stitch not so great. Nice to be running in a group and at least you now know a 7k route for next time. Happy running and good luck with your 8k

Not cheating it all, it sounds like you are doing brilliantly, well done :)
