So today I had a hard run in the morning - stride repeats, that always leave totally out of breath as I keep pushing myself hard. As I finished Garmin told me to do 15min cool down run. I don't know why but for some stupid reason decided to take longer way home that included 80m hill climbπ€
Somehow, very slowly I managed to climp up and continued to run after for extra 5min. And then something magical happened - I had sudden flush of happines ππ₯° I felt so amazing and strong and just euphoric! I jumped up few steps full of energy and nearly started to dance in the middle of the street!! Just pure happiness!!
Never felt like that after a run. Awesome feeling! Couldn't stop smilingπ
Garmin says I should rest till Tuesday but very slow and gentle run tomorrow morning will be ok?
