I signed on the line so best crack on. It's week one of the ju-ju 10k plan, but I did the 5k first not sure why but hey what the heck, a runs a run, so tomorrow I can mooch through a nice short one leaving Monday if it's wise 👀 to tackle the 5.5k or maybe Tuesday
