So as I’m sure everyone who commented on my previous post had already guessed, I had a blast with my work running group. The guy I ran with is a triathlon coach so I spend the whole 43 minutes absorbing all his advice! It wasn’t the fastest I’ve ever ran, but it was the furthest and also the first time I’ve actually tested the theory of running at a pace I can have a conversation! Im buzzing and can’t wait to go again next week!
