It’s been an interesting week. I feel a bit lack lustre! But I still run. Monday shall I do my 5k no, I’ll do my 4K. It was ok, but I really didn’t have any umph. Thursday after an awful 24hour shift( I do get some sleep) I ran, I ran and don’t stop. Home everything on wash, then tumble dried. Oops, what’s that.oh no my blue tooth ear phones! Surely they are dead. They are a bit twisted, but no they work! Amazing! I’m so lucky. Then today all set, two shirts on, gloves, just check face book. Oh no the park run is cancelled because of ice. But my ready, can’t go back to bed, well I have Kieth Richards up there, no quantify his book!😳 . So I go out. It’s very cold, so I try to run, flipping heck the ice is everywhere. So I do a bit of gingerly walking, then where I can I run. I have time to say hello to the horse and donkeys, they look bemused. Did it. Home content, in one piece. Lovely sunny morning, but very risky.

Shame about your cancelled parkrun. But like they say , better to be safe than sorry. Good you got a bit of running in and made all worth while with that photo. Have a nice weekend 😊😊

Love the pic, what a lovely morning for a careful run. It's hard to find much oomph at this time of year but this sunshine is helping. Just got back from parkrun and now ready for a very lazy day!

Shame about your parkrun, but as you found out they don’t cancel unless they have to. Glad you enjoyed your walk/run instead.
